Abstract

Instructional Manual for PTSD is a program designed for the people of Kashmir. It provides them with better understanding of the symptoms of PTSD and provides coping strategies and skills to help them to make the new adjustments and live life to the fullest. In this manual, the aim is to make the patient’s aware to PTSD and educate them so they can live purposeful lives once again. This manual is based on the FAMP model and recommendations made by various stakeholders such as psychiatrists, social workers, psychologists and, practitioners, and others.
