Abstract

Objectives: This study was performed on completely edentulous patients to evaluate ball and socket versus spheroflex attachment systems for mandibular single implant retained complete over denture. Subjects and methods: Twelve completely edentulous patients divided into two groups: First group wore mandibular complete overdenture with ball and socket attachment.
