BACKGROUND: "Membrane sweeping at 39 weeks gestation is a pivotal intervention in obstetrics, often employed to stimulate labor and reduce the likelihood of post-term complications. This procedure, aimed at triggering the natural onset of labor, offers a non
invasive method to support timely delivery, enhancing, both maternal and fetal outcomes."
