Abstract
Background: Postoperative pain following lumbar spine surgery is often moderate to severe and can delay early mobilization, rehabilitation, and recovery. Although various interfascial plane blocks have been investigated, evidence regarding the use of sacral erector spinae plane block (SESPB) in lumbar spine surgery remains limited.
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided sacral erector spinae plane block in providing postoperative analgesia following lumbar spine surgery.
